Free check live · full report on screen · no email gate · published scoring rules

Enquiries, proposals, follow-ups—or the next AI budget meeting.
Assess whether you need AI—and where it belongs in your processes.

We are not selling “get your staff using AI faster.” We help you answer two leadership questions: whether AI belongs in important work now (or you should wait until accounts, review, and data rules are ready)—and where the first sensible integration point is in the business processes you already run, step by step.

The free check turns your answers into a full report in about seven minutes: your adoption stage, the main risks we see from your replies, one practical example matched to a priority task you name, and a thirty-day plan you can print or save as PDF. No account, no email gate, and no pressure to book a sales call.

  • Whether: where you sit today, what could go wrong, and when to pause—not a push to buy more software
  • Where (first step): one task you choose, one way AI could help, and how much human review that task needs
  • If your answers flag serious data or review gaps, the report limits how far the score can rise until those basics are fixed—then gives you a concrete thirty-day plan

New firm—no logo wall. Verify with the check and sample deliverables before any paid scope.

Built for Asia-Pacific leaders in document-heavy businesses

We usually work with teams of about ten to two hundred fifty people whose work runs on email, proposals, spreadsheets, CRM notes, and internal documents—not factory floors or clinical wards (though we can partner with specialists when regulation is strict). We deliver remotely so you do not need us in your office every week.

  • Remote delivery

We work with organisations in Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, and wider Southeast Asia when time zones line up. Workshops and interviews happen on video; documents and recordings are shared in the channels you already use.

  • Privacy-aware by default

We agree upfront what types of data can appear in surveys, interviews, and pilots—and we respect privacy laws in your country (for example PDPA in Singapore and Thailand). We are consultants, not lawyers; confirm regulatory details with your counsel before you rely on any report for compliance decisions.

  • Transparent scoring

Stages, score dimensions, and the rules that limit your stage when urgent risks appear are all published in our scoring guide. Your report comes from fixed logic applied to your answers—not from a paid benchmark index or a mystery formula.

Running ads or short on time? The quick-start page goes straight to the check with less scrolling.

Why start with the check?

It is a private whether / where assessment before you buy seats, hire builders, or announce a company-wide AI programme. It does not replace leadership judgment—it gives you a structured read you can share with your executive team, operations lead, or IT partner.

  • 1.Before the board or executive team — a readable snapshot of stage and risks, not a vendor slide deck
  • 2.Before you change how work gets done — one named task, clear review rules, and thirty-day steps you can assign
  • 3.Before you involve the whole company — test your assumptions alone first, then decide who needs to be in the room
  • 4.Before another “AI strategy” document — output you can act on this month, not a single letter grade with no next step

Process integration—not “more AI usage”

Our entry offer is assessment: do you need AI at all on this work, and if yes, which step in the process should change—with what review and data rules. Training and pilots come later, only if you choose them after that clarity. We will not run a programme whose main success measure is headcount cuts or tool logins without a mapped workflow and owner.

Evidence on how work runs—not enthusiasm scores

The free check scores readiness on one priority task you name. The optional Adoption Assessment maps several processes with interviews and a staff survey so “where to integrate” is tied to steps people actually perform—not to maximising individual AI skill. See services; paid work is always optional.

Should you integrate?

Assess need and process fit before you integrate.

Integration means AI inside a business process you can name—proposal follow-up, ticket triage, report drafting—not a separate chat habit. Sometimes the honest assessment is wait, fix safeguards first, or not on customer work yet. This section is the decision frame our check and Assessment apply—not a push to “use AI more.”

What we assess (whether and where)

Before any build or training programme, we help you decide if AI is warranted on important work—and which process step is the right first integration point, with what human review and data rules.

  • Whether now is responsible

Accounts, review-before-send, and data handling for the task you care about. The check can cap your stage when urgent gaps appear—so “yes to AI” is not the default answer.

  • Where in the process

From trigger to done: which step is language-heavy, repeatable, and safe to assist—versus which steps must stay human-only or stop until policy catches up.

  • What changes if you say yes

Owner, sources, verification level, and rollback—not a vague mandate for “everyone to use ChatGPT more.” Optional Assessment maps several workflows the same way.

What you gain from a clear integration map

  • Named process steps

Integration points tied to work you measure—not side-of-desk experiments.

  • Safeguard gates per opportunity

OK, review required, or stop until policy—agreed before anyone buys automation.

  • Shared leadership picture

One record of what was assessed, what was ruled out, and what happens next—including “pause.”

  • Optional build—not bundled in

Quick Start, sprints, and retainers are separate offers if you want hands-on help after assessment.

Risk of deciding without assessment

Skipping whether/where and jumping to tools or training usually wastes money and creates incident risk.

  • Wrong process chosen

AI embedded where the bottleneck was data quality, ownership, or approval—not drafting time.

  • No review rule

Customer-facing output with no named verifier or source check.

  • Platform before map

Licences bought before anyone agrees which workflow step should change.

  • “Training” without integration

Workshops that raise skill but do not change how work flows through the business.

Short-term vs long-term outcomes

Next 30–90 days

Decide on one process

  • Written whether answer for a named task—proceed, wait, or fix safeguards first.
  • First where: one integration point with review level and owner.
  • Thirty-day plan from the check—or carry-forward into Assessment kickoff.
  • Explicit stop rules when data or review basics are not ready.

Six to twenty-four months

Scale only what passed assessment

  • Multiple workflows on an integration map with safeguard gates.
  • Workshop record: priorities you co-signed—not a surprise vendor pitch.
  • Ninety-day roadmap with optional build paths—or documented pause.
  • Automation or custom tools only where the map and ROI ranges justify them.

The free check turns this frame into a private whether/where read and thirty-day plan—indicative, not a guarantee.

Critical questions—for and against using AI

Good decisions weigh both sides. Use these in your leadership team before you buy another seat or launch a flashy pilot.

Ask when AI is a fit

Proceed with eyes open

  • Which tasks are high-volume, language-heavy, and low-stakes on first draft?
  • Where would faster internal answers from your own docs change customer response time?
  • Who will own verification before anything external goes out?
  • Can we start with one workflow we already measure (tickets, proposals, reports)?
  • Will success mean better service or capacity—not only cutting roles?

Ask when to slow down

Say no until the basics are in place

  • Are we sending customer-facing output with no human review or source check?
  • Is regulated or confidential data going into consumer tools we do not control?
  • Is the business case headcount reduction only, with no plan for quality or risk?
  • Are we buying platforms before we know which workflow step should change?
  • Would a wrong answer on pricing, policy, or safety be unacceptable—even once?

Turn the questions into an assessment.

Run the free check for whether and one integration point—or the optional Assessment for several processes with team evidence.

The situation

Leaders hire us when process questions are unanswered.

Budget holders ask: Do we need AI on this work at all? If yes, which step in which process—and with what review? Generic training or new licences do not answer that. Our check and Assessment produce a whether/where read tied to tasks and process steps you can assign and audit.

Clarity gap

No shared whether answer

Leadership debates vendors and demos while no one has written down if AI is allowed on customer work yet, which data classes are off limits, or which process to try first. The check gives an indicative whether read from your answers—not a company-wide usage survey.

Integration gap

No map of process steps

AI sits in personal chat windows instead of named steps in proposals, tickets, or follow-ups. Without atomic steps and owners, you cannot decide where to plug in—or where to forbid—assisted work. The Assessment produces that map when you need more than one task.

The first product is judgment: whether AI belongs in a process, and where—with safeguards—not “how do we get everyone on the tools.”

Paid work starts with assessment (free check, optional Adoption Assessment). Build, Quick Start, and retainer paths exist only if you want implementation after you have a map—not as the default entry offer.

We are not a software vendor, a strategy deck factory, or a compliance audit firm. When you choose paid work, it is setup, pilot, handover, and optional ongoing support—scoped in writing before anything starts.

Illustrative concerns—composite examples, not quotes from our customers (we are new and have none yet).

  • Professional services

Faster proposals and research are attractive, but junior staff must not send unchecked AI drafts to customers. Leadership needs a named reviewer and approved tools before scaling use.

  • Distribution & B2B sales

Reps may use personal AI accounts; leadership lacks visibility into what data leaves the building and follow-up quality varies by individual. A traffic-light sheet and business accounts come first.

  • Operations & admin

Hours could be saved on reports and scheduling, but finance is nervous about what gets pasted where. Internal tasks are often the safest place to prove value before customer-facing pilots.

  • Family & owner-led

The founder wants progress without a dedicated “AI team”—often the same people wear every hat. The check helps prioritise one task and thirty-day steps that do not require a large project team.

  • Customer-facing teams

Quicker answers from internal documents are tempting; wrong product or policy answers damage trust fast. Search over approved sources with citations beats open-ended chat for these teams.

Who it's for

Built for document-heavy businesses—not one industry template.

We focus on sales, service, proposals, and similar office work—the same method can travel across sectors. Anyone can use the free check. Paid programmes are scoped for organisations of about ten to two hundred fifty people, or smaller teams where email and documents drive most of the day. Larger enterprises or heavily regulated environments may need specialist partners alongside us; we will say so early rather than over-promise.

  • Agencies & consultancies

    Client delivery, pitches, research, content

  • B2B & distribution

    Pipeline admin, quotes, field coordination

  • Technology & SaaS

    Go-to-market, success, internal enablement

  • Financial & advisory

    Careful adoption; specialists when regulated

  • Healthcare & education

    Admin tasks; strict data rules

  • Manufacturing & logistics

    Commercial, quality, ops documentation

  • Retail & hospitality

    Multi-site HQ, marketing, operations

  • Nonprofits & associations

    Grants, member comms, volunteers

  • Property & construction

    Proposals, tenders, client updates

Good fit

When we are a strong match

  • Cloud email or productivity tools in place and a sponsor who can decide
  • Willingness to name owners for the tasks you want to improve
  • Willingness to assess processes before buying platforms or “AI for everyone” training
  • You want integration decisions tied to real work—not primarily headcount cuts
  • Humans who can explain and stand behind important outputs before they go out

We will push back

When we decline or reshape

  • Autonomous customer comms from day one without oversight
  • AI deciding credit, pricing, hiring, or eligibility alone
  • Headcount reduction framed as the primary goal of an AI programme
  • Using AI to avoid fixing broken process or data

Proof without a logo wall

What good output looks like—before we have a client list to show.

We are a new consultancy, so we do not show a logo wall yet. Meet who runs delivery, then use this composite example and the sample report outline—placeholder names and figures clearly marked as illustrative.

Composite example—not a testimonial, not a real client name.

From private check to governed pilot

The COO ran the free check before an leadership offsite. Result: Stage 1 with a safeguard cap—client draft work on personal AI accounts, no shared review rule. The thirty-day plan named an owner for the proposal workflow, a one-page data traffic light, and one pilot (meeting follow-up and CRM updates) with approve-before-send.

They chose the optional Assessment. The anonymous staff survey surfaced tools IT had not inventorying; interviews confirmed proposal rework—not lack of AI enthusiasm—was burning partner time. The workshop validated Stage 1, agreed the priority workflow, and recorded facts without obligating build work. They later booked a Quick Start on their own timeline— not a requirement of the Assessment.

What we will publish here later: one anonymised before/after metric (e.g. time on a named workflow, review compliance) once we have a client who agrees to share it.

Two questions we help you answer

Every engagement starts with the same two questions leaders ask us in different words: Whether you should use AI on important work now—or wait until accounts, review, and data handling are in better shape. Where the first sensible integration point is in work you already run. The free check answers both at a high level for one task you name. The optional Adoption Assessment answers “where” across several processes with evidence from your team. Build, sprint, and retainer work follow only if you want hands-on help after that clarity.

AI Adoption Assessment

Paid · three weeks · fixed fee if you choose it

Answers where AI can fit across the processes your team already runs—validated with interviews, an anonymous staff survey, and a review of how work actually flows. You receive an integration map, risk findings, and a workshop record leadership can keep. Optional; we do not treat it as a required step before build work.

Assessment offer Request scope
01 AI Adoption Assessment Optional · timeline & workflow integration

The check reflects one person’s view—usually a leader or owner. The Assessment adds structured conversations with six to eight people, an anonymous staff survey, and a review of how work flows today. That evidence validates your timeline stage and shows several places AI could plug in—with owners, data types, and review levels agreed in a leadership workshop. If you later choose build work with us, Assessment fees can credit toward it only when you want that and only as written in your proposal.

Deliverables
  • Validated position on the adoption timeline
  • Where AI can integrate with current workflows
  • Readiness heat map and risk findings
  • Workshop record—facts agreed, not a forced next sale
We need from you
  • Sponsor and day-to-day owner
  • Interviewees across levels
  • Staff survey distribution
  • Access to relevant policies and tools

Full process, week-by-week workflow, and complete deliverables list. If you ask for a written summary of possible next steps after the workshop, we provide it without obligation to buy build work.

02 AI Quick Start Three weeks · Stage 0–1 teams

Only after check or Assessment clarity. For teams that need shared tools and habits on one agreed process—not as a substitute for whether/where assessment. Includes business-grade accounts, a one-page data traffic-light sheet, and labs on named workflow steps from your map—not generic “prompt engineering for everyone.”

03 Workflow Implementation Sprint Six weeks · one priority workflow

For organisations that already have basic enablement and a named owner for one priority process. We map how work runs today with the people who do it, design AI inside that process—not beside it—and build within a clear boundary (assistants, search over approved documents, approval steps, standard integrations—not open-ended “agents” with no human stop rule). We test including deliberately tricky cases where outside content is involved, run a pilot with metrics you agree upfront, and hand over documentation plus a clear scale / redesign / stop recommendation. Every material process includes written rules: purpose, sources, checks, escalation, and when to turn AI off.

04 Adoption Retainer Monthly · Light / Standard / Embedded

Training fades unless someone maintains it. Retainer work adds new task examples, office hours, champion coaching, template upkeep, simple usage dashboards, vendor watch, and quarterly reviews with leadership—so day-to-day use and review habits improve together rather than decay after the project ends.

05 Scale & Governance Phased · multiple workflows

When you are ready to expand beyond one process: inventory what is in production, prioritise the next tasks, agree who owns standards and vendor choices, and track value in terms leadership understands—proportionate to your size, not enterprise theatre for a fifty-person firm.

Readiness check

Whether and where—from the free check

The check is your private whether read: stage, limits when serious risks show up, and when to slow down on customer-facing work. It also gives the first where—one task you name and one practical way AI could help, with how much human review that task needs. If leadership needs a team-backed map of several integration points, that is the optional Assessment—we carry your check answers forward so kickoff does not repeat the same questions.

You choose your function and a priority task. Nineteen questions cover how widely AI is used, how strong your review and account rules are, and how ready that task is for a careful pilot. If your answers flag urgent patterns—such as customer drafts on personal accounts—the report limits how high your stage score can go until those basics are addressed. Read the full scoring guide.

When you finish, you see the entire report immediately: summary for leadership, dimension scores, risks, strengths, the matched example for your task, a thirty-day plan, and a plain comparison of when the optional Assessment is worth paying for. You can print or save as PDF. An optional form at the bottom is only if you want us to follow up—nothing is withheld behind email.

Transparency

How scoring works—and what we do not claim.

We publish how stages, scores, and limit rules work—so you can read the logic before you answer a single question. We do not sell a black-box “maturity index” or hide the report behind a form. Open the scoring guide.

Try it or read the rules first

Sample previews on this page are illustrative only. Your report is generated only from your answers and the documented scoring engine—same rules every time.

Three score areas

Adoption — context for whether scaling is realistic (not a goal to “maximise usage”). Safeguards — accounts, review before customer send, and data handling. Task readiness — how suitable your chosen priority task is for a careful first pilot.

Stage limits

When answers show urgent risk patterns, the engine limits how high your stage can read until those issues are addressed—so a high adoption score cannot mask missing review or personal-account use on sensitive work.

What we do not claim

The check is indicative prioritisation, not legal sign-off, not a penetration test, and not a guarantee of results. Paid Assessment adds team evidence but remains consulting input for your decisions.

Approach

Assessment first—implementation only if you choose it.

Success on an Assessment means a recorded whether/where decision, integration map, and safeguard gates you co-sign. If you later opt into Quick Start or a sprint, success means AI inside agreed process steps—with a named reviewer before anything important goes out.

Check · ~10 min

Private whether / where read

One priority task, indicative stage, safeguard caps when needed, and a first integration example with review level. No mandate to roll out tools company-wide.

~90 days

One process in pilot or production

The aim is foundations plus one priority process running with written rules (purpose, sources, checks, escalation), a trained owner, and an understood rollback path. We track value only if you choose metrics upfront—hours saved, error rates, review compliance, or similar.

Safeguards

Controls that match risk

A simple green / amber / red sheet for data types; clear defensibility levels up to approved customer send; sampled checks on high-volume tasks. We favour assistants and search over your approved files—not open-ended automation with no human stop rule.

Independence

No hidden product agenda

We disclose commercial interests before we recommend a vendor, score alternatives on the same grid, and never make our engagement conditional on buying something we benefit from financially.

Questions

Questions before you start

Straight answers about the check, optional Assessment, and how paid work would run. You can use the check and leave without talking to us—email is only when you want deeper help or have an urgent data exposure to discuss.

  • Do you help us decide whether we need AI at all?

Yes—that is the first job. The free check gives an indicative whether answer: where you sit on the adoption timeline, when review and account basics mean you should wait, and when a small pilot on a named task is reasonable. It also suggests your first where—one task and one practical example. The optional Assessment adds interviews and a staff survey when leadership needs more than one person’s view before spending on tools or programmes.

  • How is this different from other free AI readiness scores?

Many tools give one number, a shopping list of products, or a report only after you submit an email. This check scores three areas—how widely AI is used, how strong your review and account rules are, and how ready your chosen task is—and limits your stage when urgent risk patterns appear. You see the full report on screen with no signup. Every rule is published in our methodology guide, not hidden behind a paid benchmark.

  • Are you trying to replace employees with AI?

No. We help you assess whether AI belongs in a process and where to integrate with safeguards. Optional build work may assist people on routine steps—but our entry offer is not “upskill everyone on AI.” We push back on programmes whose primary aim is headcount reduction.

  • How do we find where AI should integrate?

The check matches one where—a practical example on a priority task you name, including how much human review that task needs. The optional Adoption Assessment produces a map of several opportunities tied to steps you already run, with owners, data types, and review levels agreed in a leadership workshop—not a generic industry template.

  • What is the Adoption Assessment for?

Primarily where AI fits in processes you already run—with evidence from your team—and a validated picture of whether you are ready to scale beyond a pilot. It is optional. You can keep the findings and implement internally, with another partner, or with us later—there is no automatic upsell to build work.

  • We are not a tech company. Is this still for us?

You do not need to be a technology company. If your people work in email, documents, spreadsheets, CRM, or helpdesk—and you care what goes to customers—you are in scope. We size review rules and documentation to your organisation—not a bank-grade framework unless you genuinely need one.

  • How much time does the Assessment take from our people?

About thirty to forty-five minutes each for six to eight interviewees, plus five to ten minutes per person for an anonymous staff survey. Sponsor and owner join kickoff and a two-hour workshop. We carry the analysis and reporting.

  • Is the staff survey really anonymous?

Yes. We do not break down results for groups smaller than five people. The survey is framed so staff can answer honestly about what tools and data are in play—it is for learning, not for monitoring individuals.

  • Do you build automations or AI workflows for us?

We lead with an evidence-based audit—the free check and optional Adoption Assessment—not a “we’ll wire up your automations” project. You receive maps, priorities, safeguard gates, and indicative ROI; you co-sign the roadmap in a validation workshop. Build, integrations, and pilots are optional and only after that—never the price of entry. See our full process and deliverables.

  • Must we hire you for delivery after the Assessment?

No. You keep the findings on timeline and workflow integration. If you later choose build work with us, Assessment fees can credit toward it—only if you want that, and only as stated in your proposal.

  • Can you work with our IT provider or MSP?

We expect a technical contact for accounts, access, and integrations. We complement your IT team or external IT support partner; we do not replace them or take over your infrastructure.

  • Is the free check a security or legal audit?

No. It is an indication from your answers—useful for prioritisation, not regulatory sign-off. The Assessment adds evidence but is still consulting, not legal advice.

  • Do you only work in one country?

We deliver remotely and are building our practice with organisations in Asia-Pacific and elsewhere when time zones allow. Data and privacy expectations are set for your jurisdiction (for example PDPA in Singapore and Thailand); confirm specifics with your counsel.
